I employed this Netzsch DSC 404 PC instrument to determine the melting temperatures of our plastic materials. This is extremely important while selecting materials suitable for various applications.
Environmental Testing
Evaluating how the durability of plastics in different environments this is also very important. It is necessary to ensure our products can withstand a wide range of weather conditions, such as temperature fluctuations, humidity levels, and exposure to sunlight.
I employed this QUV 300 weathering tester to observe the impact of sunlight and weather on our plastic materials. That instrument was very helpful in assisting us develop products that can endure extremely harsh weather conditions.
Automated Testing Systems
Plastic testing machines have progressed as technology has improved. I've recently started using this fancy automatic system that lets us do various tests at once.
This system has upped our game on test efficiency and reduced how long it takes to get results. Like, the MTS Insight platform can perform numerous diverse tests at once, like tensile, compressive, and flexural tests.
