We communicated extensively and collaborated effectively. We identified the problem and resolved it, strengthening the system.

The valuable lesson I got out of it was not to fear of making mistakes. I committed an error on a project previously that resulted in a delay. But once I admitted to the mistake, gained knowledge from it, and fixed it, I was able to overcome and assist the project.

EMC is perpetually evolving, so it's important to stay abreast of the latest technology and trends. I've been going to workshops, listening to web seminars, and reading up on the material to improve at what I do. This whole learning thing has been a big deal in helping me grow as an EMC professional.
